Policies & Appointments
We strive for all of our clients to have an excellent and comfortable experience. We ask that all clients abide by our policies for the comfort and relaxation of all while receiving treatments at our spa. Please keep in mind we have other paying guests. We ask that all members use quiet voices inside the Spa. If you have any questions or concerns about our Policies, please feel free to contact us.
Appointments
Services are by appointment only. Available appointment times can be found on the Boujee Day Spa Facebook page. Appointments can be made through texts or using DM through Facebook Messenger. Upon making an appointment, a booking fee will be required according to the Payment section found below.
Phones
To honor our quiet spa atmosphere, as well as the relaxation of the other guests, please refrain from the use of cell phones and turn the ringer to silent or vibrate prior to entering the spa. If you need to make a call please step outside.
Guests
We have a strict NO CHILD POLICY. Due to the length of services and courtesy to other clients and the chemicals that we use at our facility children are not permitted during appointments. We are an adult oriented atmosphere; therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years. 16 and 17 years old must have a legal guardian's consent and sign a release form. Only the person being treated can be in the treatment room.
Reservations
To hold a reservation you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number with an expiration date. Your information is encrypted and safely stored in our booking system. We will not charge your card unless you miss your appointment or do not adhere to our cancellation policy.
Payment
All services require a 50% booking fee in order to book your appointment. This will go towards the total of your service. Please keep in mind that all prepaid services and gift certificates are non-refundable and if for some reason you cannot make your appointment we place the money as a credit on your account here to be used at a later date. Kindly remember that if you need to cancel, do so before 24 hours to avoid being charged a cancellation fee per service off of the money on file.

Cancellation
You must give a 24 Hour notice for canceling. If you have a prepaid service or have a gift certificate, and did not cancel before 24 hours a $25+ fee per service will be taken off the balance of the gift certificate or prepaid service, and the rest of the money placed on your account to be used at a later date towards whatever you like. If you are a no call, no show, you will have to pay the cancellation fee and the full service upon booking for your next service moving forward.
Late Arrival
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. If you arrive 15 mins late your appointment will be canceled and all applicable fees will be charged.
Gift Certificate Fees
Please keep in mind that gifts certificates do not expire. I keep records of all purchased certificates. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded.
Etiquette
Inappropriate and rude behavior does not belong at Boujee Day Spa. We are dedicated, professional technicians who reserve the right to terminate treatments and services if guests are excessively intoxicated or make inappropriate comments, suggestions or advances to any member of our team. We believe in the fundamental principle of equality and do not tolerate discrimination based on race, gender, or any other protected characteristic. Guests are expected to arrive to their appointment. To enhance the quality of your massage experience and out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment in a state of good personal hygiene.
